I'm learning more and more every time I go to the track and I am having a blast. I also need to shave weight(alot of weight)It went across the scales at 3180lbs. Ah she's a work in progress and i'll keep on beating her till I get it to where I want it.

seriously. not one of those cars left hard. the fastest mitsu there was a 9.9 car? I wouldn't call that proving grounds . It seemed like a nice event though and a good turn out.

This event is just getting going.MAP is doing what they can to draw bigger names out.(This will take time)Its wasn't bad at all, its the only import meet up here. All it needs is a couple of big guys to come up here and show us how it's done.
BIR is the world's fastest track. So please some of you big guy's come to next years event and smoke all these hondas!!! and keep the DSM name high on the food chain!

What people need to understand about this event is, not only is it relatively new, but it has everything a car guy could want. HPDE(2.5 mile course) Autocross, Drifting, Drag Racing, and even a car show all in one event.

Many high HP cars spent all day at the high performance driving event and could have easily hit up the drag strip if they wern't busy turning.

People here are proving how well there cars are in all areas.

Multiple people went from the drag strip to the auto-x course while others went from the HPDE to auto-x course.

As a side note, there were faster car than show in the first video. As you can see, the cameraman wasn't dedicated to the drag strip all day.
