manual talon -auto eclipse?

I'll try to keep this simple. I have a 5speed awd 96 parts talon. I'm looking at 96 auto awd eclipse shell. Is there any huge obstacles I'm going to hit? I want to use the manual, I do have the computer and harness

Pulling the clutch pedal assembly is the biggest obstacle.
If the manual shell has all the parts, should be a pull and install ordeal.

The parts car is/ was running driving, rust is the problem

You could always just leave the clutch pedal resting on the floor until you feel up to changing it or cut it out.

I believe he wants to convert the auto shell to a manual using his manual as a donor car.
You will have to swap rear ends.

That's correct. And have the entire drive train, are the rear subframes the same?

Sub frames are the same if both are awd. You don't need to change the whole thing. Just the differential. 6 bolts and drop the drive shaft, another 4 bolts, and it's out. Well, add another 8 nuts and bolts for the axles.

so is there a knock out in the automatic shells firewall for the clutch master cylinder? how about mounting points for pedal assembly?
