Manual CDs

I ordered the Service Manual CDs (a backup of my paper manuals) from www.ecanfix.com back on Oct 22. I never received an order confirmation from them or anything yet PayPal is showing "Completeed" for a status.

Has anyone else dealt with them and had any issues? I have emailed them twice and no reply as of yet in over a week. I looked over at the vendor sight that show the "Compliments" and "Complaints" but didn't find anything on this place.

The domain name threw me off - thats acutally manualcd.com - they're the official (and original) distributor for the manual cds. I'd say give them a little more time - I got my cds from them a while back, with no problems. I emailed them once about something, but never heard back - so that sounds like they're keeping par... But you should get your manual CD - it just takes them a little while.
