I was just wondering if anyone knew what the bolts on the manifold to the turbo are supose to be torqued to?

Umm, try again. Manifold to turbo bolts are NOT threading into Aluminum. Do you think your turbine housing is aluminum? Try 40-47 ft lbs, however I am in and out of that area so often I don't even torque those bolts any more. The key, is making sure you get the new style conical lock washers MR187848.

WHere can i pick these "conical Lock" washers up at. At a local parts place? The problem im having is when i tighten the bolts and then drive around for a while, the bolts become loose so like every day i have to take off the heatshield and re-tighten them. Will these washers help stop that?

Looks like a Mitsubishi part number to me... any dealer should be able the get them for you.
