Ok so I'm gonna have some money for the car- looking to do a maintence package LOL.

95 gsx 98,000 miles
Belt and pulley kit?
What things should I look into?

I have good compression, no boost or vacum leaks.
Replaced radiator(mishimoto)
New clutch, master and slave
Wideband (onway)

I have about a grand to spend, want to spend it wisely!

Thanks guys

Stock pullies are more than fine for your setup if you're just starting. Underdrive pullies give you a few horsepower at best and there is some fairly good evidence that an un-dampened crank pulley can lead to issues with the harmonics in the crank. I would say you should look into a 1g BOV, hard intercooler piping, an MBC, and someway to control fuel.

Buy a fluidamper harmonic balancer aka crank pulley and never worry.
Do not use any underdrive pulley sets, they are very bad for the 4g63 motor in relation to crank walk or premature failure blah blah.
Have you changed your fuel filter lately? PCV valve? Spark Plugs?
What about your stock Motor mounts?
A new set of accessory belts doesnt hurt, i always keep an extra one in the car just in case.
You should look into a new timing belt.
All the parts related to a 100k-120k mile maintenance checkup & replacement service.

As someone mentioned above, I'd consider doing a timing belt and waterpump soon if you haven't done one since 60K (assuming thats when it was previously replaced).

If you haven't done a basic tune up yet, go for it. Spark plugs, spark plug wires, air filter, and even the PCV valve should be replaced.

Also, check the condition of the drivetrain fluids (transmission, transfer case, rear differential). The rear end fluid and transfer case fluid has most likely been neglected. I personally recommend Pennzoil/GM Syncromesh for tranny fluid.

Car already has hard piping, intake, 3' exhaust, greddy bov(recirculated)-
Turbo timer.

I was mainly looking into what routine maintence more so then mods.

Thanks guys

I am thinking about which route to go, I would like to get something in the car for tuning.

Dsmlink ? Maft, safc?

Might as well just start with link rather than wasting $$ on an afc in the meantime. Link is a good way to go with the wideband and a logger and some routine maintenance plus the mods described youll be doing nicely!!

Fuel filter. I'm upgrading mine and doing the whole fuel system along with it, so you might consider similar if you haven't already upgraded the lines.

If you're going to do the t-belt, do the water pump and harmonic balancer. Stock balancer is kinda expensive, and a fluidampr is more; pick your poison.

How old's your brake fluid? Pads?

How long since you changed drivetrain fluids?

How old are the plugs/wires?

Radiator flush?

Clean the intake tract (intercooler, pipes, manifold, TB)? Might consider a VC breather catch can **if done propely** to keep the intake clean.

If a boost leak test checked out, your PCV valve must be okay.

Yea other then getting a timing belt i think most of that stuff has been covered already!

What all with the dsmlink and wideband am i going to be able to do on stock injectors and turbo.

also where is a good place to order a dsmlink from?

Thanks

You don't need a Fluidamper harmonic balancer. Save your money, stock is just fine for you. You should probably get a new one though because they do wear out. After market dampeners like Fluidamper and ATI are stronger and more efficient, but like I said, you don't need it.
