Maft Spark Settings

I bought my car with the old v1.3 maft and have noticed there are two knobs (BASE, and WOT) for SPARK. I cant get the car to run right so I searched fullthrottletech and have read the manual and have found nothing. Does anyone know what im talking about? Can anyone help me? Thanks

i don't have the 1.3v of the maft, but i do have the 2.01v of it and it also has, what seems like, the same nobs. i wouldn't mind finding an answer to this either. do they still controll the fuel, or do they really controll timing? (hope i'm not hijacking, sorry)

Can you post a picture of this? I also have v2.01 but I don't have any timing knob's. The maft doesn't control timing, the DSM ones a least, from my research.
