MAF Translators the same?

I while back I added a 2G MAS to my 1G with the wiring swap found on vfaq. Now I wanna run a GM MAFT set up and wanted to know a 1G MAF Translator can work or would I have to swap back the mas harness to a 1G ?

A 1g Translator will only be plug and play if you go back to the 1g MAF plug. Not sure if you could just run a 2g Translator, check with www.fullthrottlespeed.com. I think they have their own forum for questions and such.
