Technically yes, but really with springs you are going to lose alot of your ride. Generally getting struts designed for lowered vehicles is more the correct way to go. If so, I have tokico struts and tokico springs that have like 1500 miles on them im tryin to sell. PM me if interested.
 
I have those springs. Its not a bad ride, but you will need a camber kit to run the springs. Ingalls sells the kit it is about 200 for it.
