Lower Lateral Arm Ball Joints recall

where can i get the form for this recall that i should take to my local dealer? this thread - http://dsmtuners.com/forums/showthread.php?t=147353&highlight=joint+recall mentions something about bring a form to the dealer that "identifies the required service." is it something i print out then take it in? the noise from that damn joint is driving me insane! thanks!

You don't need no stinkin' form. Just say "ball joint recall" and they will look up whether it's already been done to your car.

i'll do that, then. anything special i should do if they try and himhaw around performing the service for me?

they tried making me pay for it...they said "oh, your lower control arms ar a bit loose, we can replace them for $350" i said no, and 10 days later i got a recall notice in the mail....####ing asshats....dont let them do ANYTHING else when you take it in to get done, most the shit they tell you is bad, is just fine
