Low Vacume?

During my idle, on the boost guage it read about 20 most of the time but sometimes it goes up to as low as 15. I don't know if this is because it lost vacume pressure with the boost guage, boost controler, BOV??? I have alot of extras on it could this be the reason of low vacume or do you think i have a problem more than that.

don't worry about it unless it drops much below 15"

vaccuum can vary

possible problem would be boost/vacuum leaks

Your vacuum readings will vary depending on RPM as well, so a lower idle will make for a lower vacuum readings.

Also, build an intake tester and check for boost/vacuum leaks

I have tested for leaks, and have none, at the same time, my guage at idle reads 14vacume, if I am under load(in gear while costing) it sits at 20vac, but as soon as I take it out of gear, and it comes back to idle, it goes right back to 14, this is my second DSM and they both varied, so far I don't see any problems with it....I think as your getting a decent vacume(10-20psi) then you should be fine
