Low vac, misfiring below 2500 rpm

Hey guys, I've developed a new problem and have been searching my butt off to no avail.

Long story short:

Had to do a timing job due to worn belt. Note, car ran amazingly before. Did the timing job, had a friend rotate the motor for me when I wasn't watching. Said everything checked out. So we put it back together and it jumped two teeth on the crank because he rotated it counter clockwise. Re-did the timing and now it's running rough anything below 2500rpm. Above that it runs mint, pulls hard and hits boost like it should.

Answers to questions which will be asked:
-Timing is dead on. Have checked this thousands of times, yes dowel pins are at 12 o'clock, yes I checked to make sure piston is really at TDC.
-Compression tested three times: 150 across the board on a low reading tester
-Car gets spark on all cylinders
-Fuel pressure is correct @43.5psi with no vac line
-Sent injectors off to be flow tested and cleaned, will be ready tomorrow
-Spark plug wiring is exactly as it was before timing job
-No (major) boost leaks

So I take it you started the engine and that's when it jumped? And what happened when it jumped, did you notice a change in the way it was running? I ask only because it is possible to like barely kiss the valves and only slightly bend them. I know you would think it wouldn't run better at higher rpm, but a lot of things in this world are counter intuitive. Of course I hope it's not but I can't think of much that would be related to that little mishap.

It was the injectors/old fuel. They mysteriously clogged over a couple days and after cleaning them, it started, ran fine, and then ran crappy again. After a fresh tank the problem went away.
