Low idle

So I have a very low vacuum about 1 pound at idle out when I'm cruising it's about 16 pounds-10... My compression test is perfect I just had a brand new head and head gasket installed in my car. Yes I did a boost leak tester and I have absolutely no leaks 2.5 inch piping and the front mount intercooler. My timing belt is on properly everything lines up. Many people of look at this car and it's hard to say what is wrong unless the head has gone bad already could a bad brake booster caused this sometimes if I pump my brake pedal at idle it will raises my rpms and my vaccuum up to like that before my 1500rpm fuel cut hits. But my boost leak test is perfect ... any help ANY suggestions appreciated.

What rpm does the car idle at. You sure there are no vacuum leaks or lines off. You may just need to readjust the biss. You have link so it will make adjusting the biss much easier. Also what numbers are you seeing for compression test.

I would also say to adjust the biss. I had the same issue but stock motor and needed to replace mine all together and now is back idling normal as I adjusted it as needed.
