i bought my car last year and it came with a 1g bov recirculated...months after i bought the car i put an hks ssqv on and recirculated it as well..when i first put it on say for instance im in 1st gear or whatever gear and i get on it and throw it in neutral sometimes the cars idle will drop to normal idle or will drop to almost stalling out where the battery light will turn on then the car quickly picks up idle again..so i vent the bov now and runs fine only where sometimes the car will stall for a second in neutral then kicks right back up..what could this be

to me it sounds like you Idle Speed Control motor. I am not certain on how to test this personally but I do know that replacing it is really simple. Do a search on here about the ISC and I am sure that you will find the solution to your problem.

Is it only when you are accelerating real hard then come to a stop quickly. IF so it is probably due to the vented bov.

Check for boost leaks and vacuum leaks and report back.
Also have you ever replaced your o2 sensor ? It's probably done for or on it's way out.

i tried both with my hks ssqv driving it either vented or recirculated and it drives the same as in i go wot in any gear and throw it quickly into neutral sometimes the idle catches most times it will drop to stall out then the car kicks right back on but when i get full on it and shift with the bov vented i have no issues there...as for the o2 sensors i just installed dsmlink v3 im going to eliminate both o2 sensors and simulate the o2 sensors to my wideband o2..

i had the similar problem not to long ago... it ended up being a vacuum leak. what i would do is check for a boost leak and vacuum leak. my problem was solved by just eliminating your egr with a block off plate unless you live some where were the cops are up tight and will open your hood under suspission and see you have no egr... up here its not illegal but not many other places at all have the same law... come back with an update on any leaks though
