Alright, took a video of it finally. it will start up fine, cold starts are also fine. warm starts and when the car warms up the thing like to idle real low (200rpms) and jump around (400-100rpms). also in a warm start the lights like to flicker, i figure because the idle is so low. i just wanted your input on the problem. my car threw the p1400 code at emmissions so i replaced the pressure differential sensor with a brand new mitsubishi one, so hopefully that will take care of that problem. the spark plug wires in it now are bosch 7.0mm. not sure on the plugs since my plug sockets didnt fit them. all 4 cylinders are igniting. i am getting new MSD 8.5mm wire on thursday and new NGK bpr6's for it also. hopefully it just isnt getting enough spark? or its missing? im hoping its not a bad coil pack, or a blown capacitor in the ecu. (read about it on other posts) like i said i would like your ideas on the problem....

also double check that your timing belt is aligned properly. I had a similar issue and that was the cause.
