low ideal and vac is at -10 than dies after 5 mins of running need help!!!

ok heres what happend my t-belt sliped bent some valves, put a new head cleand all the lifters and stuff before puttuing it on. now when it starts my vac gage reads -10 and ideals really bad shakes alot than dies when running for a few minutes then when i try to start it again it ideals for a few seconds a dies. heres what i replaced plugs, wires, coil packs. if anyone can help that will be great thanks.

yea it has thos sipmtoms but i already checked my ecu and it looks good. but ill let u know if i fix it soon. thanks

my timing belt also slipped and i replaced the head now it idles crappy and reads -10 vac wtf

Make sure timing is correct. If you are unsure, get a second opinion from someone who has had experience. Its common for timing to be done incorrectly, and you have a loss of vacuum. Make sure MAF is plugged in and you have no boost leaks.

did timing like 3 times its good, maf is pluged in and did a boost test it was good no leaks.

Let me know I'm having the same problem vac around -8 -10 with the same problems
