It started one day on the highway, I was cruising in 5th gear for about twenty minutes and when I headed for the off ramp I had no clutch pressure and it was nearly impossible to shift.

I started pumping the clutch and eventually just enough pressure came back to limp home, making hard shifts at stops and while parking. I bled the clutch fluid, the problem went away.

A month later its back, I tried bleeding it but that only lasts for 15 minutes of driving and if I go any faster than 40 it looses all pressure.

Make sure you have enough fluid and got all the air out of the system. Check for no leaks along the pressure lines.
I had close to a similar situation. Either your master or your clutch starting to go out. But at the moment your symptoms seems like the master. My problem was when I would come to a stop my clutch pedal would just sink down and I could not build pressure. I change the master and the problem went away. You might not see leaks but the master is on it's way to heaven for sure. My buddy had a leaking master to no problems so it works both ways.
I'm 100% sure it's your master!

Thanks, I have a FWD cylinder around...is there a difference between the AWD and FWD master cylinder?

While I agree with the others that it is probably your master cylinder, it cant hurt to check your lines as well. Have a buddy pump the clutch with the car off and get under the hook and watch all the connections. This happened to me a while back and it turned out that i had a small crack in my clutch line where the line fed into the slave banjo bolt. When the clutch was depressed, you could see a small mist of fluid.

I'd start at the slave cylinder and work my way up the clutch line, looking for drips and misting. It could be a crack in a line or a loose fitting. While it sounds like the master cylinder to me, It cant hurt to check your lines!
