Low boost and hesitation

I have been having this problem on and off for a while so help would be wonderful. I am boosting 8 psi on a Big 16G with out my boost controller hooked up. Also at about 3500 to 4000 rpms the car starts to hesitate at anything over about mid throttle. I just replaced my spark plugs last night my wires are new. The rest of my mods are in my profile. Thank you in advance for the help.

Do a boost leak test.

Most problems like that are from boost leaks... if you can't find the leak but you are losing pressure from somewhere check your EGR valve, they can be tricky some times... good luck
