Loud Squeeling

My car is squeeling loud if I rev it up to about 2k in neutral and when I start from a dead stop in 1st gear until about 3k. It sounds like it might be coming from the passager side of the engine but it is hard to tell when I am in the car. NOTE that it is raining today when this started but I am very worried about the car because I have only had it on the road for about a week. Anything would help, thank you.

may be a belt slipping .. if this stops when it dries up, or , if it does this on dry days and then seats itself after the car warms up then id say its a belt.. ...

Try using belt dressing on the visable belts, specifically the power steering belt and serpentine belt.
