Loud noise at 50mph+

I just bought a 99 GST. It has 5Zigen Wheels, Apexi down pipe/ Turbo Exhaust. I've noticed that after I hit 50mph and above there is a loud, and I mean loud, noise coming from my car. First I thought I was dragging something heavy, but I'm not. It fades after I go below 50mph. It seems to be coming from the driver side area, but I can't pin point front or back. Let me know what I can look for to find my problem. I'm sorry if this is a broad question, I'm new to the DSM scene. Thanks!

Just noticed today that my belts are showing some wear (fraying), especialy my power stearing belt whcih is really bad. Could this be the source of the noise?

i would change the belts theres 3. and i would also check to see if any tires are cuped. if its not that take your rims and tires to get balnced. if u still here a nosie i figer its ether and frount axle going bad or hub assembley. this happend to me and it truned out to be the hub assembley. witch is the thing that the disc brake rolls with and is all the thing that has the studs on it to put u lugs nuts on. take the dis brake off and move the hub assembly side to side if there is play replace the hub assembly Good luck
