loss of low end

ok I just bought this car it is a 1990 laser rs turbo....it was a 1 owner car...with only 126000 miles on it ...nothing done to the car at all....
but under 3000 rpms it has no power and it sputters and misses...and it wont idle....already did full tune up ....the old guy was only runnig regular fuel the cars whole life...its gets spark and fuel....what else is there to check?

Do a boost leak test. If you bought anything other than NGK BPR6ES for spark plugs, change them to those, gapped to .028". Get a data logger as soon as you can and see what it tells you.

Check your ground on your coil pack, Also check your wires,boots and plugs. Make sure there properly gapped. I had some iridum plugs and they were junk same problem. New 10.4 mm Jackson racing wires,NGK BPR6ES plugs at .28 and all problems gone.
