Looking to replace stock speakers in a '93

I'm looking to replace the rear speakers in my 93 NT. I know the 6.5 will fit, but will the 5x7 or the 6x9 fit without needing any custom work? The reason I ask is because on circuitcity.com it shows that the only speakers that fit my Talon are 6.5.

That only means that circuit dity doesn't have any 6x9's that will work. Try www.crutchfield.com. They list 4 6x9's that will fit (you're talking rear speakers, right?) It's hard to find 6x9s that mount flush, that's why so few models will fit.

Almost any 6x9 should fit if you use the grill that comes with the speaker, but it won't mount flsh and will stick up a bit, which might be annoying if you have a lot of back seat passengers.

93 DSMs usually have 6.5" in the back, my 90 had 6"x9" in the back. Don't always trust what Circuit City or Crutchfield tells you. Double check yourself.
