You know of anyone running the whiteline sway bars? I'm thinking coilovers and sway bars are the next thing on the table for me. I want a tight handling ride.

Whats so bad about the 1 piece driveshafts in the 3kgt's?
 
Woah JNZ's got a bit more selection then RTM has for suspension products, Thinking I'll buy the sway bars at RTM to support them and get all the rest of the stuff from states side.

Oh I though the factory one was a one piece unit so I was like "why do you wanna change that!!?" makes sense now.
look's like a sturdy piece, the total weight saving's are great definitely cant go wrong for the price.

Just make a list and send it to Ziggy. He can get you almost anything you want, he just might not have it shown on his website.
 
Thats true, its been the case before when I've ask for stuff.

Well Lucy's going under the knife tonight! finally taking care of those pesky valve seals.
Well thinking I'm going to be a victim of crank walk soon.......crank end play's easily a mm or more.

haha that Talon would make a great drag queen. I love how rare '94 AWD Lasers are though.
 
Well my vr4 plans on most likely on hold... situations aren't great or even good, So im forced to look at other options for the year...

Im still going to buy her, just going to be a next year project unless I can get some money together sooner rather then later.
 
well new starter ordered, fuses and all relays are getting replaced..
 
Sounds good. I'm hopeful to be able to afford the driveshaft and exhaust yet (the dollar is a bi*** right now) but I'm gonna start with some cheap things on the VR-4 like clean the intercoolers and fix the active aero.

ran 15.2 @ 95 on 155/80/13 winter tires. using extreme self control on the throttle in 1-2 gears. running 9 psi, untuned, no intercooler, n/a cams. plenty of potential in this thing, 1900 lbs.
seems pretty quiet in the sask dsm world, i dont think ive ever been to sir and not seen a dsm before. there never seems to be any on kijiji anymore

Yeah it seems like things have really slowed down in the DSM world. There are very few of us left it would seem.
 
I've started farming myself so I just don't have the time or money for the Eclipse anymore, I'll never sell it though. I can't remember the last time I saw a DSM just driving around Saskatoon.

I did put over $4000 into the VR-4, which DHL ended up losing most of the parts in shipping so it's gonna be a little longer till I get the exhaust.
 
I'm still driving, seen a few, even saw a chick driving a 2g TSi AWD. There is a 2g AWD auto for sale at PBR today.

But I am down for a while, pretty sure my turbo blew a seal, but valve stem seals still haven't been ruled out yet (will confirm Monday). Anybody have a 8-blade HX35 kicking around?

I heard you got out to SIR and did some runs. Would have loved to been there, but was booked in with our baby shower.

Brandon that colt would be awesome AWD swapped, you'd still be under the 2300 lb mark.
Does anyone have any 550-560 CC injectors needing a home? really wanting to run my 2g maf soon.
Dsm's are a dying commodity, which was why I snapped up the shell from you there Brandon seen this coming for awhile already.

Oh, and my expensive ass exhaust got lost by DHL...
 
Not sure, didn't even know it was going on. Not on Facebook so I don't hear about any events anymore with the Redline forums being down/discontinued (do you know what happened to them?)

Figure I would toss this out here - Looking for a 7-blade HX35. I do not need an exhaust housing, just complete CHRA and compressor cover.
 
Last i heard most people kind of gave up on defrost. Was told it was mainly cobalts and rusted out junk, everyone with good cars arent going anymore. As for dsms i doubt it, most ppl are dumping the platform entirely.
Best bet would be to check royalzproductions channel on youtube, he's a regina guy that seems to be at every meet.

3sx is working with DHL to resolve it so they can send me new parts. Just annoying when DHL loses a parcel so large and worth so much money. Out of the $4200 in parts I paid, I only got the driveshaft which is worth about $1000 CAD.
 
Yikes, thats pretty shitty man. I didnt end up going to Defrost this year either, I think I sat on a patio, drank a beer, and gave my car glares as it sits with the transmission removed again.

So, just looking around, almost all of us have our cars out of commission, thats almost funny. almost...
