Get that cable, buy a used Palm pilot (either a Palm III or the m-series is recommended), and make sure your palm pilot comes with a serial cable.

If you don't get the software with that cable, google up MMCD.

Good deal! get it! I got the same setup but I dont have that nice ALDL connector.
 
It is a good deal and a complete package
But you could also buy a palm 3c on ebay, for like 50$, the cable is for sell for 20$ + 10$ for a hotsync cable, and then get mmcd on the web
So it s about the same price and a bit more hustle, but you get a color palm which is a very nice feature to have...
