Logging wideband on MCCD inaccurate.

So i finally made the connection to pin 15 today. I have had the wideband for 4 months and have been too lazy to connect it. The problem is, My readings are off.
At idle MMCD reads 16.7, But the gauge reads 14.7, So you would think, Ok it is 2 points off so i will just assume it will always be 2 points and make the conversion. It's not. I switched over to 0-5v. and went to the AEM conversion table and it is still off the same way. Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks in advance.

I meant MMCD, It is free logging software that you can use on a palm pilot.

I know that the AEM's 5V output isn't that great as far as accuracy goes, especially in 1g. Thanks for the link! I think i will give it a try. Have you used it? The thing that i am wondering about is the 3 wires. I only use 2 wires, 1 analog + and 1 analog - .Do you hook up the uego the same way with link?

With link, you take the white 5V output wire and connect it to an input just like you do. So Yes

Doesn't the newest version of MMCD have options to pick with specific widebands?.
I used MMSD because of speed density, but recall seeing the same on MMCD.
I just selected the LC-1 and it was about .2 off from the gauge.
I also could have adjusted the switch points in the chip to line it up, but there was no drivability issues. I was also using native wideband as my only O2feedback to the ecu.
You're splicing into the egr-t pin if im not mistaken? Are you converting the decimal number it gives and doing it wrong somehow? Or did you modify mmcd to give out a/f figures?

I am using MMCD and the egr-t, Pin 15, Yellow blue tracer. I dont have a choice of widebands . I went into options /preferences/egrt and chose wideband, I can also choose 0-5v. but it is still off. I am pretty sure i have the latest version but i will do some research. Thanks.

I had that problem on my lm-1 WB. it was two points off my afr tracking on the translator. I had to change my output analog for 7.3:1 = .01v, and 22.3:1 = 4.998v now the translator tracking afr monitor is spot on.

Before I had it set to 10:1 = .01v, and 20:1 = 4.998v, I changed it to match no problem. See what MMCd has for max lean, and max rich, if you st your WB to see the same, it'll be pretty much perfect.
