logger question

I just went and did a log with the new mods i just put on.Iam getting 31lbs/min,if the logger say 31 do i have to add or subtract to get the correct amount like an afc,or is that the correct number.I think that would be pretty good on a 14b.

If you are using an SAFC you will need to add back the airflow removed by the SAFC. The ECU only sees the molested signal after it passes through the SAFC. It then sends this information to the OBD port where it is read by the logger. You will need the SAFC correction factor where you logged peak airflow, then plug everything into the following calculation:

Airflow (Value from logger) / ( 1 - SAFC Correction Factor in decimal form corresponding to peak airflow rpm) = Actual airflow

No I do not have an safc.That is what i was asking if the logger read it exactly.

Yes, as long as there is no other piggyback system in place, the OBD-II / OBD-I port will supply you with the correct information.
