Loading Log Problem

Im trying to download this so I can see my PL logs..

Its giving me two messages

-(Windows Installer) Installation package cannot be opened, verify that the package exists
-(Firefox message) Installation of packaged failed with -203

WTF?

Anyone know whats going on?

This is the only thing keeping me from loading my pocketlogger logs Is there nothing else?

Any other way to view the logs on PC?

I use a free program called csview for my MMCD logs.
