My car is getting about 7 counts of knock at WOT, sometimes less. My idle is lumpy, but car pulls and holds boost steady at 19psi. I replaced both o2 sensors (wideband & oem), plugs br8es .22, wires, & coilpack. my fuel pressure is about 42psi @ idle. 91 octane

Its actually 7* of knock retard which is 21 counts of knock IIRC. You need to get that under control quick!

Can't you get 93 octane?

What is the WB reading? Your front O2 doesn't mesh with the AFRest which suggest a fuel supply issue. Mine reads .80v and I run about 12.5:1 AFR on 60% E-85. The WB reading will be more helpful though. Are there any leaks in the exhaust before the WB O2?

I really don't know anything about tuning SD. Your fuel sliders aren't really moved much and your airflow sliders haven't been touched. I would expect you to be running richer than your O2 & AFRest suggest.

It seems like your global is set for 1100 inj. Are you running 1200?

Your plugs are too cold and gapped to tight for that boost. BR7s gapped @ .025-.028 would probably help your idle and cruise.

no 93 in my area. I forgot to mention, at idle my af guage light is all the way lean and gives no number reading. If i tap on the throttle or start driving the guage seems to work properly. i have 1600 cc injectors with walbro255 and bosch o44 with a surge tank. Ive always used br8es gapped at that distance with no issues. I run dual maps for pump/e85. But before i drive 60 miles to get ethanol, im trying to get it running correctly on pump like it always has.
