1G lines under intake

Seen these lines on the intake support bracket . What are they for emissions ? Searched and possibly found an awnser , is this a California emission thing ? There's 4 of them .

Motor will be in the laser soon ! Took way to long to get this project going .

And my other intake had the same sensor attached to the intake support bracket (connector hanging down ), heard it was for the 90s tach but kinda doubting it now since both my motors have it
