Lifters Ticking

I recently lost a lot of oil in my car due to a broken line, and when I replaced it and started the car up again I have a loud clicking in my engine that increases with RPM. I think that it is the lifters but I am not 100% sure. Anyone have any ideas on how to get rid of it?
