LED Headlight and Cluster Mods, links?

Hey guys, I did a search for "LED Mod" on the forums and didn't come up with anything useful. I keep hearing people mentioning LED headlight mods and LED instrument cluster/gauge mods, but can't find any information on what's done. Any help is appreciated guys.
