OK so i own a 93 eclipse gsx. and it has a rebuilt motor and a 16g turbo. one day while driving it acted like it wasn't getting fuel and was wanting to die so i turned off the car because CEL was on.. when i turned it back on the light went away and i was golden. made it all the way home bout 30 miles.. air/fuel seemed off but car drove great so i thought maybe the sensor.. well it happened again last night and i barely made it home A/F didn't go below 16.5 no matter what gear i was in or RPM.. now i installed a walbro 190 fuel pump after the first time because i thought it was the fuel pump. then i thought maybe its the fuel filter but with my luck it isn't i got perfect flow from it.. i disconnected my MAFS to see if it affected anything and the car started to surge and get higher and repeat itself. plugged it back in and idled fine. I then checked the stock FPR and it seemed to be fine as well.. and i will also add it takes a while for it to actually crank over so I'm at a complete loss... my other ideas are coolant temp sensor o2 sensor or MAFS??

By crank over u mean hard to start correct? i may sound like im crazy but check for a fuel leak most likely in the lines somewhere. the hard to start sounds like the fuel lines are losing pressure and due to the car not priming with ignition on it takes awhile for the car to start. besides leak check fuel pressure at rail. i would hook the gauge up and test for pressure allow gauge to sit and watch for it to decrease. a decrease in pressure over time would indicate leak. also a leak could be the o ring that seals fuel pump in sending unit, if the o ring is back the pressure will leak out of lines.

Well you can test the coolant temp sensor yourself with a multimeter.
I don't believe it would honestly cause it to go that lean.
I'm thinking maybe a air leak????
Apprently you have fuel covered. So the only thing I can think of is that, there is unmetered air entering your intake. Behind the MAF.

By hard to turn over I mean it cranks and cranks and cranks. Only started happening after the bigger fuel pump was put it. So fuel pump is new. Along with filter and everything. No leaks. I checked everything. Nd its getting fuel. I just pulled the plugs and all them are drenched with fuel.

And the temp sensor. I was told that it would run rich.
