What's going on fellas? I'm new to the boards, but not to dsm's. I've been modding my car for the last year. I've just recently started having problems with a lean condition. When I put a load on my car, i.e. 4th gear at 40mph WOT I'll let me car go until the wideband reads 16.00 then I back off. At this point, I'm at 10psi 60mph rpms at 3300. I've got 550cc injectors and an AFPR set to 43.5psi. on the rail. I don't have a fuel controller right now as I'm waiting on link to show up. Is this just a fuel maping issue? I had planned on putting it on the dyno this weekend just to see what my numbers I have with my current mods, but if this condition continues, then there's no way I'm going to put it on the rollers. During normal driving my read outs are 14.3-14.8 with no boost.

Note: The condition started happening when I installed the 16g and the ETS FMIC. Also if interested in all my current mods, please refer to my vehicle profile. The only thing I haven't put on right now is my fuel pump and my rewire kit. The rain this weekend kept me from doing that.

Are you using anything to tune the 550s? If your wideband says 16 at wot, then you have some serious issues. Most people shoot for 11:1 afr at wot. I would definitly stay out of boost until you have something to tune with. Have you done a boost leak test?

I haven't tested it since the new turbo and FMIC went on. Trust me I'm not going to get into the boost until I get something to at least tune the fuel trims. I pulled the plugs and 3 were a little white and one had oil on it. Upon further inspection I saw that the spark plug grommet, on the valve cover, was leaking. So I've got new plugs and I've got to go pick up the gasket set tomorrow. That would explain my odd idle problem. I'm gonna do my boost leak test and recal. the wideband to make sure its not off also. Thanks for the input.
