Leaking Injector or Clog?

hey guys, trying to finish tuning my car since I got a new fuel pump.

FIC 750's, 16g, dw300 pump, tuning with evoscan/ecuflash.

Been having a problem tuning. No matter the settings I am running lean. So, using evoscan I used the actuator to turn off each injector. 1-3 cause the car to stumble terribly, injector 4 only stumbles a very slight amount. So, obviously there is a problem there.

I changed the plug, no help. I swapped two of the plug wires, no change. The only other things it could be would be either a leaking injector or a clog, correct?
Any other ideas?

any check engine codes? could be n o2 sensor. or adjust your fuel pressure regulator.

If number 4 is the suspect injector, I would move it to a different location and see if the problem follows. I would also clean the injectors while the rail was off. Shouldn't take but a few minutes to check it all out.
