Ive got an injector that stays open and leaks a little after turning off the car. the oil has a slight gas smell, and it takes a few cranks to get the car started when cold because the fuel system seems to be losing pressure out the injector. it isnt major; the car isnt smoking and fuel mileage is still good. still. would running injector cleaner get the injector working properly again? if not, what would remedy this issue?

you can try to run injector cleaner through it. most likly you will have to buy a new set. make sure when you buy a new set to replace the gas filter to prevent dibre from getting in there.

Im Having the same problem and I called FIC and they said they did a back flush before they sent the out. I actived it a couple of times and it helped. FIC said that I had to run the car. But in not leaking fuel into my cylinder to find out.LOL. ANy ideas on this???

I agree with Marsh...you will most likely need to buy a new set. I can't imagine cleaner doing much for a leaking fuel injector.
