Well finally got my 20g put on yesterday and Ill I can say is OMG . You mean to tell me that is thing dam near, no I think actually out spools my small 16g and hits 18psi like lighting WTF . Unfreaking believable. Can't want to crank this bastard up. I didn't even go with a aggressive tune, we actually pulled some timing until I replace my CAS.

Now the bad. I have a exhaust leak right where the 02 bolts to the downpipe and the shop couldn't get to to stop. They said the flange of the 02 could be warped. After a couple of heat cycles do you think I should take it back to seem if it will line up without leaking?

It'll take some time, but I would remove the o2 housing and flat sand the flange. If that doesn't help, the flange on the DP might be warped. What I've also done in the past is use 2 gaskets and the high temp copper rtv sealant. Its worked good and held the heat.

I'll second the copper high temp stuff. I did research on this not too long ago and found a lot of people use it on a lot of the exhaust components. I wish I did the sea foam test to see if it is leaking at all but I haven't yet, but I cannot see any telltale signs of leaking and defiantly no smell in the cabin. I have a tubular 02 housing and I figured it would warp pretty good so I used it along with a real gasket.

I had a few leaks before/after the cat. With some RTV copper, sealed it right up. Just make sure you let it sit a few hours before cranking down the exhaust nuts :)
