Hello I am trying to find out what exactly is leaking, but I have no clue. Not sure if it is the transfer case leaking or what. Any help will be appreciated. I have a few pics if they help.

It's hard to see much besides the coating of oil, but thanks for the pictures.

If the transfer case was leaking, it would most likely be around the driveshaft, which would then fling the oil all over the chassis.

Oil leaks are hard to track down on the engine, but check for hairline cracks on the valve cover, bad seal behind the oil pump gear, and the ever-popular valve cover gasket. Not to mention the oil filter housing gasket.

Check them one at a time and you will narrow it down.

Get some on your finger and smell of it then smell your engine oil and so on. Most lubes have different smells.

I wouldn't think its the transfer case it would come out around the driveshaft like Dogwhistle said but I would say it looks like oil. Gear oil also has a very distinctive and strong smell so if you cant really smell it and it doesn't have a strong odor its probably just oil. It looks like its on the back side of the motor so the Oil cap seal could be bad.. I would do a valve cover gasket and new cap and clean it with degreaser and if it still leaks and you cant find it, you can always try to use a dye.
