leak detection and UV oil dye

I have owned two dsms so far, (both 1G) and no matter how many new gaskets I install, both of them seemed to leak oil from at least a few spots. I always had the hardest time tracking the leaks down. Someone on this forum recommended to me to use a UV dye that you stick in your engine oil, (along with a UV light, any black light works great) and this seemed to work great for me. However I am finding it harder and harder to find places that sell this type of dye. Today I checked Pep Boys, Advance, and Autozone and all three did not carry it. Is there any place on the net I can buy this stuff in bulk for cheap?

Do you have a NAPA around you anywhere? They usually keep it in stock.

Some of the smaller local stores carry it around here. The larger chains tend to cater to the masses and not carry special items like that.

Don't know if its the same one but there is some stuff that will dye your oil green.
