KYB gr-2's with coilover sleeve kit lowered 1" question

I bought a brand new set gr2 shocks for my 1g and came across a set of 1g fwd coilover sleeve kit that i bought from a local performance shop, the coilover springs say 450 F, 350 R,but there was no brand on them,the seller told me it was some custom eibach spring, my question is can I use this coilover sleeve kit lowered on 1" without any problems?

Those spring rates sound a little on the low side. What kind of driving do you plan to do?
