Knocking when i rev

anybody know why im getting 20 counts of knock at 4k when i rev my car?

could be a faulty knock sensor try running race gas if you still get knock it's your sensor

Do you hear anything? Are you sure your oil is topped off?
If you can hear it, don't run it anymore and tear it down. I could show you pictures of an engine that had only 500 miles on it, but the oil pan leaked out oil and it spun a main bearing. It's ugly.

Seems like phantom knock to me, anything can cause that. If you had a DSMLINK you could fix that VERY easily.

i was driving my car today and it started ticking, (sounded like the lifters) and i was logging it and it got 43 knock, when i gave it a little gas. but it doesent tick all the time. could this be the problem when i rev, i can not here it tick when i rev it tho.
