Weird knocking noise at free rev

hey guys so in between my 2.0 forged build i baught a daily driver real clean gsx. took it for a test drive and all was well. first off its a rust free shell but heres where it gets tricky. The intake cam gear moves toward the exhaust cam gear when you pull the timing belt ( almost as if you were checking for slack ) so i noticed that and also at idle it sounds amazing no problems on a 180k bone stock gsx. problem is when you free rev the engine there is a knock sound seems to be coming from right under the head but you can feel some vibration. under load like in gear or driving there is no knocks. anybody have any input on this? could it be phantom knock. The noise almost sounds right where the knock sensor is but again its real loud. thanks guys!

Is the timing all correct? I believe the intake cam should stay in time but its the exhaust cam that will move. Make sure all the timing marks are correct. One tooth off will be a loss of power and two teeth off will start having more problems.
