Knocking only while in Park?

Ok, this is strange. I just got a VR4 auto tranny put in on my car and it is driving perfect. I have driven it about 100 miles since it was put in and I just recently started hearing a knocking sound only when the tranny is in PARK. I cannot pinpoint where it is coming from The tranny fluid is full and there are no other problems with it. It does not knock if in R, N, or any gear in D. If anyone has any idea what is wrong with it, please let me know.

Chech your tourqe converter bolts. I had them get a wee bit loose on a TH350 on time (man what a racket) And nice oblonged holes in the flexplate

Come to find out, it was not the torque converter bolts. It was a bolt that was holding the tranny in towards the bottom. It was not all the way in and it let the tranny move away from the block. All fixed now
