As the topic says, I have squeak issue with my 95 gsx. Since I bought the car about a month ago, it's had an intermittent squeak that was really only present at idle. Well, an entire ridge had gotten worn off the a/c compressor belt. I changed all three belts (alternator, ac comp., and power steering), and thought that would help fix my next problem...

--First off, I searched and found a person who has the same problem as I do, but was unable to get a final diagnosis:

--Ok, I let the car warm up for about 10-15mins. Once it is warmed up, I'll accerate wot in first gear and get this loud squealing (typically indicative of a bad belt, but I just replaced all belts...and they are TIGHT...I know this.) It sounds like it's coming from the left (driver's side) side of the vehicle, which also leads me to believe it is a belt. The crazy thing is, after about two WOT, first gear bursts, it goes away and doesn't come back until the car sits for around 2hrs.

--Has anyone else had this problem? By the way, the idle squeak dissapeared after the new belt, but no the loud first gear noise did not.

Thanks in advance.
