I noticed the sound last night . When I was parked i heared a ticking noise/clucking noise coming from the engine, and at first thought , " spun bearing." But after some pocking around I concluded that it’s not a spun bearing, due to the fact the noise doesn't increase as rpm increase, as it did on my last motor when a rod bearing went. Also noise seems to be coming from the tranny. Also when i press in my clutch no more noise. ??????? I was thinking throughout bearing, but after reading up on the matter it doesn't seem like it. Car drives and shifts fine.

If you have a 93 NT, you probably broke a gear tooth off of either 1st or 2nd gear. It is very common for them to do that and it will give you a noise like you describe. I would stop driving it before it completely destroys the rest gear clusters.

Sounds like one of your flywheel bolts might of come loose. Jack the car up and remove the dust shield and see if you can move the flywheel at all
