knocking clunking sound help

My car 2g 2.3 gst auto, has been making this horrible clunking sound primarily after I lowered it. The weird part is it makes the sound at 1800 thru 2200 rpm. After that it disappears. I could also feel the vibration by my foot. This sound also occurs when the car is in neutral n revved

How would I go along doing that? if you don't mind.
Also, my rollstops are completely destroyed atm possible cause of sound?

If it's your roll stops, you'd notice the clunking right at the start of acceleration (engine rocking back), and right as you let off the pedal (rocking forward). You'd also notice the engine rocking forward during breaking. To check the flexplate bolts, you'll need to pull your axles out, then disconnect everything that hooks to the transmission, then remove the trans. Then pull off your torque converter.
