2g Knocks Constantly, Here Are the Symptoms...
Cruising on the highway: Cruising, no boost, rmp rang of 2 to 4.5grand and mph range anywhere between like 50-85... Knocks constantly I get about 15 count knock showing up on dsm link... ( i try and stay off the highway because i can not drive at a constant speed i have to keep changing around my rmps and be on and of the gas it avoid it )
Accelerating From A Stop: Accelerating @ a normal, steady pace, in first gear @ around 5psi KNOCK, and knock accelerating in 2nd gear as well
Keep in mind the knock is ONLY partial throttle knock... Its between the rmp range of 2-4.5 grand, high way or side street, as long as im cruising in thsoe rmps i will knock. Pretty much i have knock all across the board
Also even when i dont get 15count knock and the check engine doesent not come on, i still knock all the time but the couts are not as high when im out of that rmp range...
If you have any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it because i am going crazy over here! Sounds like phantom knock to me but, how can this be solved?
