Hello my 91 ECU looks so bad because I don t know history who repaired before but I found Hyundai Elantra ECU with EPROM. There is a way to swap ECU's? It will work on my 1g awd it close to 90 ECU I have also 90 talon

The Kefico ECU is for a NT car. It might be possible to swap some parts but you would have to trace out most of the two ECUs to know what all needed to be changed to know if it's possible. I know there were some non-obvious things that had to be swapped converting DSM NA EPROM ECUs to be Turbo ECUs. It was possible to figure that out because the underlying PCBs were identical so we could find the differences. Going to be a bit harder in this case.

Today I fix some mistakes on the board. Previous tech guy made a lot mistake on the board and I put original capacitors. i am not the tech guy i think i did better job i hope it works. Don t blame me. Ecu was destroyed before from me: Kefico is strange PCB. it looks like between 90 and 91. My idle is not very well. it started to jump 1000 and around 1500 but i put donor ecu. it was fine i thought i have capacitor problem but i measured it was fine. I have ecmlink finally i bought it but my talon is still strange anyway i hope i can start it before burn the car.

Hi, I am writing from Turkey. We have many Elantra or Sonata cars in our country and last days I bought a Elantra ECU for part. When I open the ECU box it looks 1990 EPROM 1G ECU. I want to convert to 1G ECU. What do you think about it? I think some ISC's are empty and knock sensor circuit?
