Keeping Floor Mats in place

So the little black pin on the drivers side floor that holds the mat in place seems to be missing and my floor mat slides all over the place when i shift. Is this a part i can replace? or is there a homemade way to fix the problem?

something like this might work. I know kia's have the same style mat holders in them. might be able to get a replacement from kia if not from mitsu
