Well It has been 6 months since starting this build. I'm finally going to get the engine back from my builder next week. I will be posting pics and specs of the build. It's been a long time since I've driven my X and this build will be better and stronger then my last. :pray:
Can you give us a "CliffsNotes" version so we're all on the same page.
What components are you using with this 97mm crankshaft again?
 
Bringing this thread back from the grave LOL. I received the engine in late February and have been putting the top end together with the little spare time I could come across.

My engine builder, John @ R & D in Costa Mesa Ca. ended up leaving the C.R. at 9.3. I'm still using the K1 97mm Crankshaft, K1 150mm rods and Custom pistons made by JE. I Didn't get a chance to get spec of the pistons but I will ask John if he happens to still have those numbers for me.

The engine is finally complete after this long awaited build and now I'm just waiting for spare time to drop it in. Here's a few pic's...

The Head studs are platinum gold dipped jk LOL. That's how the ARP L19 head studs look. :D
