Would the K&N FIPK fit on a 90 GXT with now major problems? Plus, is it worth the money?

Don't waste your money on the K&N. You can find similar kits on eBay for much cheaper. Use the money you save towards a boost guage.

To answer your question, no it won't fit. It is designed for a 2G motor with a 2G MAS. Ebay is great for used crap and new junk.
