one is for body roll, the other for chassis flex. They are totally different parameters. Your goal is to have as much of the tires movement done by the suspension as possible because the suspension is designed to control the location of the tire to enahnce grip. If you lose that control you lose that grip.
Sway bar connects supsension side to side for the purpose of eliminating body roll. It means that to compress one side of the suspension the other side must compress with it as much as the strength of the sway bar provides that connection between them.
One connects the chassis from side to side and one connects the suspension from side to side.

. Yeah I think i'm gonna stick with what I ordered. If you want to know about the tanabe bar there is a write up about it on here just do a search. Easy to install and the person seemed happy with the result.
